To celebrate the transformation of the Beech Tree in Kirk Ella, Hull, which reopened last month, Ember Pub & Dining is giving four lucky readers the chance to win a Â£25 voucher to spend on food from its award-winning menu.

Ember Pub & Dining is a new pub brand from Ember, which offers gastro quality food at affordable prices alongside a range of seasonal cask ales, with at least five on offer at any one time.

The menu, which recently won Best Branded Pub Restaurant in this yearâ??s Midas Menu Innovation and Development Awards, offers a wealth of traditional pub dishes with a modern twist. Starters include Severn and Wye Valley oak smoked salmon while traditional pub classics such as beer-battered line caught cod and thick cut chips served with a minted pea puree are amongst the main course dishes.

And as part of the Beech Treeâ??s new policy on family dining, its chefs have created smaller portions of many of the favourite dishes so that its younger guests can enjoy them too.
